SEEING IS NOT BELIEVING; BUT BELIEVING IS SEEING.

In Christianity, you don’t need to see to believe; but you need to believe to see (receive).

*Hebrews 11:1 says: “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” * If you can believe the words of God which you have not seen, that is faith. Believing in what you can see is not faith.

*Apostle Mark in his book; chapter 5:36 said: “As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, He said unto the ruler of the Synagogue; be not afraid, only believe.” And because the ruler believed Jesus, his daughter was made whole.

*When we have a problem or need, the best thing to do is to take it to God by heart and prayer; and believe that all things are possible with God, through Christ.

*Sometimes, we are tempted to think that our good deeds alone should be good enough to give us favour from God. But Hebrews 11:6 says: “But without faith it’s impossible to please Him; for he that cometh to God must believe that He is; and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”

*Let us note that to diligently seek Him is to earnestly or passionately yearn for His favour and promises by believing in His powers.

*2Corinthians 5:21says: “You are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.” And you just have to believe it to enjoy the privileges of the righteous.

*The world says ‘seeing is believing.’ Christianity says ‘believing is seeing (receiving).
