SAM NKIRE ON SUNDAY

WE’RE JUSTIFIED; WE’RE NOT BEING JUDGED.

*Romans 8:33-34 says:”Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect. Is it Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us?”

*If God acquits you of any crime or sin, who is satan or anybody for that matter, to judge you and convict you?

*Jesus is now seated at the right hand of God, making intercession for us; so no accusation against us can succeed, being that Christ himself served our sentence by laying down His own life at the Cross of Calvary, as the price for our failures.

*Romans 8:1 says:”There is no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the spirit.”

*It means that there is no judging the people of God who walk according to the spirit and believe in the death of Jesus on the Cross, as the reason for our forgiveness by the Almighty God, who is the Chief Judge in heaven.

*We have been judged and set free by God through the sacrifice and crucifixion of Jesus on the Cross, where He took the punches, flogging and all sorts of punishment on our behalf; for us to be made righteous and given salvation and eternal life forever.

*In the book of John 5:24 Jesus says:”Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment; but has passed from death into life.”

*We, the believers who walk according to the spirit, are not being judged; in fact, we have been judged on the body of Christ at the Cross. We shall, at the end of time, “pass from death to life,” IJN.
