HOW THE HOLY COMMUNION HEALS
1Corinthians 11:24 – 25 says: “Take, eat, this is my body which is broken for you; this do in remembrance of me . . . “
*From the above text, Jesus told us, Christians, to take His body and drink his blood (bread and wine) in remembrance of Him and what He did on our behalf on the Cross of Calvary.
*When we take the Holy Communion and remember His sacrifice and death on the Cross, we should remember and believe that He died for us to, among other things, heal and save us from eternal damnation.
*Also, Isaiah 53:5 says, “. . . by His stripes we are healed.” The Holy communion is also meant to remind Christians of the lacerations and bleeding Jesus suffered from the beating on the Cross; which guaranteed our healing, forgiveness, salvation, etc.
*When you take the Holy Communion, believe you have been made Holy and clean at the Cross. Believe also that the Holy Communion is a divine drug for your illness and well-being. Take the body and drink the blood of Christ with faith, looking unto the Cross for your healing.
*Do not eat the Holy Communion with fear, eat with faith, as your healing will come according to your faith. Eat, believing you have been made righteous on the Cross. That way, you will be ‘eating in a worthy manner, not drinking judgement unto yourself; but healing, love and other promises of God through Christ.
