The Adamawa State Government has approved the recruitment of 4,000 new employees into the state’s civil service to fill existing vacancies across various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).
Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, CON, gave the directive on Monday, mandating the State Civil Service Commission to activate an online application portal for the recruitment exercise.
The portal will officially open at midnight on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, and close on May 12, 2025. Interested applicants are required to apply via the official website: https://csc.ad.gov.ng.
“This is part of our effort to reduce unemployment, empower the youth, and promote economic development,”
— Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri
Applicants must possess relevant academic and professional qualifications and will be expected to present original copies of their credentials during the interview phase.
Candidates who participated in the previously suspended recruitment exercise are encouraged to reapply.
Governor Fintiri reiterated his administration’s focus on youth empowerment and job creation, noting that the recruitment is part of broader efforts to improve living standards and drive economic growth across the state.
The announcement was made by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Humwashi Wonosikou, on April 28.
