GOD PROVIDES YOUR NEEDS AND WANTS.

Psalms 34:9-10 says: “Oh fear the Lord, ye His Saints; for there is no want to them that fear Him. The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger, but they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing.

*From the above passage, every child of God is guaranteed every good thing of life, including needs and wants.

*Before attending Bible School in 2004 at the age of 50 years (30 of which was spent in Journalism and politics), I held my boyhood notion that money was the root of all evils and that excess money could easily lead one to evil things of this world, before taking him or her to the fairway that ultimately leads to hell and damnation.

*Today, I know better because I understand Psalms 23:1 better: “The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters.”

*Note that one cannot ‘want’ except he or she has met his or her needs. Anyone shepherded by God must be of an affluent background and of an extremely rich heritage.

*Let us also remember that when Jesus fed over 5,000 people with two fish and five loaves, there was plenty of left-over, after the huge crowd was fed and their needs met.

*Luke 5:5-9 tells a story about how Apostle Peter, the fisherman, had toiled all night without catching a single fish; but when Jesus stepped in, Peter and his co-labourers were blessed with a multitude of uncountable fish, not just to meet their needs but wants also.

*Our God is a God of more than enough 🙏
