MID-WEEK SERMON BY SAMUEL NKIRE

WHEN YOU THINK YOU’RE FINISHED; SEE WHAT GOD DOES NEXT.

When you think it’s all over for you, God thinks differently, and sees an opportunity to lift you up, strengthen and bless you. When it becomes obvious that you have reached the end of your own strength, God’s grace shows up, takes over and injects strength into your weakness; if you pray and believe in Him.

*2Corithians 12:9 says:”My grace is sufficient for you, for my strength is made perfect in weakness.”

*From the above verse, God manifests His strength the most when you are weakest. All you have to do at such a time is to trust and absolutely rely on the powers and promises of God to us, His beloved.

*The book of Isaiah 43:19 says:”Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.”

*This goes to show that if we hold on to faith in God when we think there’s no hope, He is sure to save and do what is impossible to man.

*Psalms 37:7 urges us to;”Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him; do not fret because of him who prospers in his way or the man who brings wicked schemes to pass.”

*Let us be steadfast in trusting and hoping in God’s deliverance in times of danger, lack, or difficulty. This is because when the non-believer thinks it might be goodnight for him, the believer should know that it’s time to transition to better living and a more prosperous life.

*According to Exodus 14:13, the Bible says this about faith:”And Moses said to the people, do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians (enemies/non-believers) you see today, you shall see them no more.”

*Only believe and don’t doubt !
