The Member representing Aba North and South Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Alex Mascot Ikwechegh Onyeocha N’Aba, has announced a three-day skills acquisition programme for youths in the constituency.
The training, scheduled for August 27 to 29, 2026, will focus on Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) installation and Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
It will take place at Panyu Hotels, Aba, and is open to youths from Aba North and South Federal Constituency.
The programme is aimed at equipping participants with practical skills that can create opportunities for self-employment and income generation.
Participants who complete the training will also receive starter packs and other empowerment incentives to support them in applying the skills acquired during the programme.
Interested constituents have been advised to visit the constituency office of Hon. Alex Ikwechegh at 59 Pound Road, Aba, to obtain and submit their application forms.
The initiative adds to Onyeocha N’Aba’s focus on youth empowerment through skills development and practical support for constituents.
