BELIEVE AND HOPE; DO NOT DOUBT OR FEAR.
*Belief and fear are enemies to each other and do not work together. There can also not be faith where there is doubt. A double-minded person cannot trust God, for faith to deliver.
*When it was reported that the daughter of the leader of the Synagogue, Jairus had died, Jairus was quite agitated and worried; but Jesus Christ said to him:”Do not be afraid. Only believe”.
*Jesus raised Jairus’ daughter back to life because Jairus believed, hoped and did not fear or doubt that Jesus may or may not have the power to bring the girl back to life (Mark 5:36-42).
*Without believing, hoping and trusting in the power of God, it is not easy to benefit from the wondrous works of deliverance which God does for the good of humanity.
*According to Hebrews 11:6, the Bible says:”But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him”.
*If you do not believe and hope in God for the solution to your problem; but doubt and fear that your problem may or may not be resolved by Him, then you are not likely to benefit from His grace.
*Apostle James in his letter to Christians told us to always ask whatever we want in faith, not doubting. James 1:6 says:”But let him ask in faith with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind”.
